What we collect: when you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number if given, business name, suburb and your message. Our website provider may also record standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it: only to reply to your enquiry, send samples or quotes you asked for, and manage orders. We do not sell or rent your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Where it is stored: our enquiry forms are provided by Tally (tally.so), a form service based in Belgium, which stores your submission and emails it to us. Our website and business email are hosted by Hostinger. These providers may store data outside Australia. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for business and legal purposes.

Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to check that a real person is sending them. reCAPTCHA collects information such as your IP address and browser and device details and sends it to Google, under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Access and correction: you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@dawlatglobaltrading.com.au.

Complaints: if you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
